Home Seekers come from all walks of life. They are students, second career seekers, single parents, foreclosures, recently divorced persons, low-income families, unemployed persons, homeless individuals/families, and people on fixed incomes. They are in need of a living situation that will allow them to pay an affordable rent and live in a comfortable environment while they stabilize their life situation. Home Seekers may be among the working poor who can not afford market rentals, or they may need another place to live for other reasons. Thus, Home Sharing is an excellent option for them, and can become a long term solution.
