This non-profit agency supports two programs including the home share program.
Pat has supported the start up and functioning of the home share program through her dedication to alternative housing options. She assists the director of home share, set policies, acquires funding, and does public speaking for both private and government agencies.
Her enthusiasm about the program has contributed to the success of the program.
Deborah Turner-Bey
Program Assistant of Home Share Pinellas
Deborah works closely with the Program Director to take inquiries, intakes and applications. She is responsible for keeping the database up to date, office work and support.
Antoinette Kalafatis
Office Support
Antoinette devotes the majority of her time tracking and following up throughout every stage of the application. She is responsible for taking and directing phone calls, sending out applications, and fielding phone calls about the program on a daily basis.
As a member of the Home Share team, she supports the efforts of the staff and helps identify perspective participants.
Sandy Herskowitz, LCSW
Director of Home Share Pinellas
As the director of the Home Share Pinellas, Sandy personally interviews participants of the program.
Her thirty years as a clinical social worker is helpful in matching people together. Sandy supervises program staff, leads ongoing team meetings, and networks with agencies to promote the program.
Sandy's positive and encouraging attitude has enabled many successful matches.
Shawnda initial worked with the Home Share Pinellas program as a program assistant starting in 2007. In April of 2011, she was promoted to the position of case manager.
She interviews applicants of Home Share to insure a secure and suitable match for each participant.
In addition, due to her excellent interpersonal and leadership skills she reaches out to the communty and researches resources that can assist pariticpants acquire further services as needed.
